As we help organizations, businesses and governments to connect the dots – to move from mission to outcomes – we involve them in every step of the process. By using a technique involving training, coaching and mentoring which increases our client’s internal capacity, we leave them with the skills and resources to be able to undertake future strategy development and planning on their own.
Our process is driven by a belief in full community engagement; that to be healthy, communities must be built upon a collaborative model which sees the social profit, private and public sectors cooperatively developing and supporting programs and services which benefit each other.
- We work with the private and public sectors to build an understanding of business’ and government’s role in the community and of the value of the social profit sector.
- We work with the social profit sector to build an understanding of the inherent value of individual organizations and of the value of the other sectors beyond funding contributions.
- We bring these three sectors together to collaborate on initiatives which benefit the broader community.
